More than a year after her brother was murdered, he's still in a box on a shelf. Not buried. The internet already closed the case: Tophia stole the GoFundMe and went shopping. Ferdinand Waldo Demara, "The Great Impostor," faked a Navy surgeon aboard HMCS Cayuga in the Korean War. Malachi Love-Robinson, "Dr. Love," ran New Birth New Life Medical Center in Florida as an unlicensed teenager. "Quack" comes from "quacksalver," and the 1910 Flexner Report reshaped medical education with lasting consequences. Autumn Bardisa was accused of treating roughly 4,000 patients while impersonating a nurse practitioner (update: no contest, April 2026, five years probation). Operation Nightingale uncovered more than 7,600 fraudulent nursing diplomas, named for Florence Nightingale. John Brinkley, the "goat gland doctor," built a radio empire on the fraud. Gerald Barnbaum stole a real doctor's identity for decades, and a diabetic patient died in his care in 1979. Milgram's Yale study found about 65% obeyed to the maximum shock. Elizabeth Holmes was convicted of fraud in 2022. Public videos, interviews, and court records are used for commentary under fair use.

Three years ago, a woman turned another human being's suffering into a livestream. People watched, laughed, sent gifts, and paid to keep watching. Then the police came through the door, she reached over, and shut the camera off. The Coliseum went dark.

I promised you two things at the end of Part One: I'd get the records, and I said there was something waiting on the other side of this story so karmic I could barely believe I was looking at the same people. Well, we got the records. And the aftermath is insane.

Picture this: you post a hot dog. Not a recipe, not a real meal, just a plain hot dog in your kitchen, captioned "perfect hot dog to bun ratio." You hit post and go about your day like a normal person who just showed the internet their lunch. And then a stranger walks into your comments, looks at a bun she has never touched through a phone, and types: "no fat shit, but that's those Martin's potato buns, aren't they?" And she's right. Meanwhile, the woman who actually posted the hot dog watches a stranger get famous on her page, and baby, she does not take it well. What starts as the funniest comment on TikTok turns into deleted accounts, a block, a comeback, another deletion, a bread-company boycott, a 5,000-year-old superstition, and a $110,000 political donation.
