Ivan Oberon began his real estate investing career in San Diego county, California after a 10 year career in the insurance industry as a dually licensed independent insurance agent. Scott Travis started in the construction field in 1989 starting his own pool company in California, Built his business there until 2001 when he decided to move to Las Vegas when the construction boom hit that city. Purchased a small Company with 21 customers and proceeded to build to over 500 in less than 3 years. While seeing the growth he wanted to venture out of his comfort zone and add on to the business to incorporate a complete package for his customers, so in 2004 he got his Landscape contractors license.He then saw an opportunity in Real Estate and purchased his first rental property, attended a few RE seminars and classes to get more knowledge to expand. “I realized I didn’t want to take the long route so I found experts in the field, followed them, duplicated them and now have improved upon them. Scott and Ann to date have rental properties in Michigan, Chicago, Georgia, Indiana, Florida and commercial property in Texas. He still maintains his contractors license in Nevada even though he has transitioned into full time Real Estate Investor and has NEVER had a contractor complaint! After working in commercial real estate doing condo conversions for many years, Jillian started a firm that focuses on securities transactional legal matters such as Private Placement Memorandums, SEC compliance, Regulation A filings, Direct Public Offerings, and Intrastate Offerings.
Jillian also spends her time speaking at seminars educating real estate investors on how to legally raise capital for their real estate investment projects including participating in the Five Star Conference with Laura Bush and Condoleeza Rice.

She was determined early on to create multiple steams of passive income allowing her to have freedom of time and an early “retirement”. By the age of 25, she had bought her first investment property – a tear down/remodel project that taught her to appreciate the expertise of skilled tradesmen and construction engineers. She acted in the role of Owner/General and successfully completed the rebuild/remodel under budget. This served as a catalyst for Alia eventually quitting her day job and converting from a weekend warrior to a serious full time real estate investor in 2011. To date, her enjoyment of real estate development has led to the purchase of over 200 doors, lots and loans, including a Mobile Home Park, dozens of notes and several multi-family properties.
In 2010, Alia co-founded Investors In Action LLC, a real estate education and private lending company for fix & flips in Southern California which has helped fund dozens of local real estate projects. This led to many partnerships that would evolve into further ventures including their investment firm, Inspired Capital Partners, that buys nonperforming notes and private loans.Over the years Alia has personally been involved in more than $10 million worth of real estate, investing in 15 states doing everything from rehabbing to long-term rentals, to creating and buying real estate loans. He got his start in Real Estate in the Wholesale field and spent his first 5 years acquiring and marketing property’s to investors in California. While Wholesaling properties he spent a portion of his career recruiting and training new investors in wholesale and rehabbing business.
Kevin takes the success of his team, his network very seriously and has made his mark by inspiring many, taking risks and leading by example. To get where he is today, Kevin took his ability to inspire others and used it to motivate and mobilize agents and other investors around the US to apply real estate basics and quickly bring him leads including REOs, short sales and pre-foreclosures. He is a master at applying real estate basics to find real leads that translate into big profit.
In 2011, his partners recommended that he get his Real Estate license to assist with the sales and marketing of the company’s assets as well as to exclusively work with investors to market their holdings. He personally oversaw all aspects of the sales team, pricing, advertising and promotions. He is now the sole Owner of REI Group LLC and represents many local buyers and sellers finding or selling there new homes for there families. He also works feverishly renovating single and multi-family homes, mainly in his hometown of Bakersfield, CA. Though he does like to run off to Las Vegas and play a bit while flipping in Vegas!!! He has been involved as either a Realtor or Investor in over 1000+ homes and flips and has never picked up a hammer.

Mr. Oliver also gladly serves several charities and non-profits and works on the Executive Board for the local Bakersfield chapter of the Salvation Army, and is a proud member of Rotary International.
