I'm your host Jordan Skinner, and this week I'm speaking to Philip Byrum from Orion Consulting. Phillip is the director of Orion consulting and,  he only started the business in 2015 and they are already at over 80 people and they are buying businesses as well.

In this episode, Philip and I talk about some of the growing pains that the business had in the early stages of getting the business off the ground. He's also going to talk to us about why he chose to invest in leadership coaching for each one of his leadership staff and why he feels that it was such a good investment.
