Beware of spoilers for the first season of Robert Kirkman's Amazon Prime series, Invincible. You'd think that with years to prepare, Omni-Man would have delivered the bad news to his son with a little more finesse. "Your mother is like a pet," and "My people shall enslave the petty earthlings," obviously lacks the persuasive punch necessary to sway Mark. With an action packed finale that sets up further adventures to come, it's pretty clear why the reviews have all been so positive.
