ioneer (ASX: INR) managing director Bernard Rowe joins Small Caps to discuss the company’s latest offtake agreement, which represents 19% of the planned lithium carbonate production from its Rhyolite Ridge operation.

Prime Planet Energy & Solutions, is a joint venture subsidiary of Toyota and Panasonic, and will purchase 4,000tpa of lithium from the mine for five years.

This deal follows earlier binding offtake agreements with Ford and EcoPro, and is the last pre-production lithium carbonate supply commitment ioneer will make for Rhyolite Ridge.
