A former Royal Australian Navy submariner and current City of Rockingham councillor, Ryan discusses the cost of living, local infrastructure, including the long-awaited Karnup Train Station, homelessness, mental health and support for veterans. He also shares his personal experience with mental health following his Navy service, explains his support for the AUKUS agreement from a national security perspective, and outlines why he believes Secret Harbour deserves greater investment and representation.
