The police have named 2 persons of interest in relation to the murder of three year old Jase Pinnock and the wounding of 2 of his relatives during a gun attack along Nelson Street in Denham Town, Kingston this morning.

Those being sought are known as Jubby and Romie, who lawmen allege are members of the Scream Corner gang.

Stitchie is calling out unscrupulous persons who she says have created fraudulent fundraising campaigns on social media claiming to raise monies for the veteran DJ. In an IRIE FM exclusive, an emotional Mrs Laing says she was recently made aware of unauthorized videos being circulated on social media requesting donations to purchase a wheelchair for Lt. Stitchie.

Effective April 1 providers of tourism activities would move from the 10 per cent GCT rate to 15 per cent. JHTA says the 50 per cent increase would raise costs in the tourism sector significantly. The association notes that although implementation has been deferred to the next fiscal year in recognition of ongoing recovery challenges, it maintains that any increase in GCT affecting tourism is untenable.

In its un-audited financial statements for the 4th quarter ended in December 2025, TJH outlined that the suspension resulted in direct toll losses amounting to approximately US $3.5 million.
