One of the deceased has been identified as 58-year-old Terry Dwyer of Spanish Town, St. Catherine. Dwyer was killed in a crash along Johns Road in St. Catherine.

The murders occurred in St. Catherine, Manchester and Hanover. Dead are 23-year-old labourer, Dejaune Hamilton otherwise called John Wick, of New Hall District, 33-year-old construction worker David Brown, otherwise called Ratty, of Ellen Street Newport, 22-year-old Raheem Ward, other wise called Richie Rich and 35-year-old Adrian Reid both of Inner Street, Old England, all in Manchester.
