In this episode Iris talks about the inner rebel and what it means to be a spiritual warrior.

The only way to change ourselves, our relations, society is to start working for what we want. We have to do everything we can do so our life’s get aligned with what the great spirit wants from us. As humans the only freedom we have is to decide. Every decision we make to change ourselves also changes the world around us. That’s what we do as peaceful warriors. Step into a silent rebellion and recognize how the visions we create in our surrounding changes the world.

The Ritual: The ritual that we share today is a decision making ritual. Take 4 stones, create a triangle with 3 of them and the other one goes a bit further than the triangle. Two of the stones represent the possibilities that you're trying to decide. Go and meditate in each stone, imagine how your life would be with this possibility, what would happen when you take this decision full hearted. When you have it clear go to the next stone. Meditate and see what happens if you take this path. From there you go to the third stone and you meditate without judging and feel the energy that both stones give you. Don't try to decide just feel it. And then you go to the 4th stone and you see all the options from very far, by this time maybe you have it clear and you know which path you want to take and if not and ask for guidance and allow great spirit to show you. Sometimes the answer comes after the ritual.

What does rebellion mean?

Rebellion is to be the change I want to see in the world. You are the change. Connect with your inner power and wisdom to start a fight without weapons.

 On today’s episode Iris Disse shares her thoughts about rebellion. She encourages you to step into your power and bring your inner warrior.

The Ritual: If you can organize your time go to do a vision quest into nature. Stay 3 days camping, fasting and set the intention to connect with your inner rebel.

Another version of connecting with your inner rebel, promise yourself that you will commit to dance to wake up your inner rebel. Dedicate around 30 min to 1 hour to dance to tribal, trance or any music that awakens your inner rebel. To finish this ritual, find 15 min to sit still and listen to your inner impulses.

There’s something you have to remember; our essence is love. Sometimes what we
learn about love when we are child’s condition us to repeat patterns but it’s time to
get back to our essence.

In this episode Iris shares about the 3 enemies of love.

1. Your parents' voice and the conditioning that came from your childhood.
The advice is to get rid of your parent’s voice in your head. The more
conscious you get about all your patterns the more you can change.
2. Get rid of the idea of the perfect partner and earning love. Remember love
has nothing to do with perfection. Perfection is fear, the perfect human
being doesn’t exist.
3. The big longing of love. If you want to be loved you have to start to love.
You need to come to a point where your heart opens and really important
work with your energy to become the love you want to receive.


The Ritual: Collect 3 different colors of beans (red, white and black) and find a very
beautiful bottle. Every night you ask yourself. How was my relationship with love
today? If the relationship with love was good you put a red bean, if it was neutral put a
white bean in the bottle and if it was a bad relationship with love put a black bean.
After a year count your beans and share with your partner about what you discover
with this ritual.

There are so many good advises about love but it often it closes us down and makes us sad that the feeling of love vanishes really fast. That’s why on this episode Iris talks about the power of rituals. How these practices give us a safe space to dance, to share, to communicate and to love.

The ritual: Today we share a communication ritual called monodialogue. You can share it with your lover or anybody that you would like to communicate with. Create a safe space where you are not interrupted. Set a time (minimum 30 min maximum 2 hours). Decide how long each one of you will communicate for (it could be for 15 min or 20 min). The one that speaks shares his or her feelings and the other is active listening, that means, listening with an open heart. Something really important is that you don’t attack the other and you don’t have to answer what the other one said. Don’t speak about what you shared until the next day.
