Welcome back to Irish Intel for the sports media class' final podcast of the school year. Ella Langellier provides a spring sports update and interviews weightlifting coach and assistant football coach Tony Pashos, with Kirsten Clodi's interview with baseball and basketball player Callaghan O'Connor sprinkled in as well. On today's Irish Intel, we begin the first part of our two-part spring sports preview. After a winter sports recap, we speak with coaches from baseball, track and field and girls soccer, with the rest of our spring sports coming in the next episode.

On today's Irish Intel podcast, we have a winter sports update. Junior Cole Czako interviews his boys basketball teammate, Abner Garcia, about growing up to Puerto Rico before moving to Bourbonnais. Senior Kirsten Clodi interviews senior dance and poms captain Maddie Russell about her career on the floor, and junior Ella Langellier provides an update on McNamara winter sports.

On the last Irish Intel of the semester, members of the sports media class ask teachers and staff all about the holidays.

This week's Irish Intel is a winter sports preview, as the Sports Media class interviews coaches in girls basketball, cheer, bowling and chess. Boys basketball, wrestling and poms will be visited in an upcoming episode. Be sure to like and subscribe, and Go Irish!

In the latest Irish Intel, produced by the Bishop McNamara Sports Media Class as part of Shamrock Productions, the fall sports seasons are highlighted.

Danica White will recap the football season after the Irish went 4-5 in their first season under new head coach Bob Kelly. Kate Dole, a sophomore volleyball player, will recap the Irish volleyball season, which is still taking place in the postseason and Savana Smith will recap the boys soccer season, which concluded at 3-15.

Golf will be highlighted by Cole Czako on the boys side and by regional champion Lia Coy on the girls side. In cross country, Kaden Taylor recaps the boys season and Ella Langellier highlights the girls, both of which are currently at the sectional level. After Cale Hamilton goes over girls tennis. The junior high baseball, softball and cross country seasons will be recapped by Gissell Najera.
