Dubbed “a voice the world should hear” by Paddy Moloney (The Chieftains), Siobhán O’Brien is writing music for the risk takers of this world. Certainly a woman who made the trek from Ireland to America, with only two suitcases in hand, to be a full-time songwriter knows a thing or two about risk.It’s a common narrative for songwriters to chronicle their journey towards self-discovery but O’Brien does it in a manner that is so relatable, it’s as if she wrote these songs for you alone. Perhaps it’s the exquisite tension in her voice, the authenticity in her lyrics, or the magnetic presence on stage that garnered a generation of admirers ranging from Bob Dylan to Leonard Cohen but the folk-rock songwriter has only just begun to tell her story.As a fourth generation Irish musician, music runs in O’Brien’s blood but in 2017, America called to her as the place she wanted to lay down music roots of her own. Within 5 weeks of living in the States she had secured an opening slot at the acclaimed Birchmere Music Hall (for English songwriter, Nick Lowe) and had been awarded a coveted spot in the Folk-DJ Showcase at North East Regional Folk Alliance (NERFA) by Mary Cliff ( Renowned Folk Radio DJ for 40 years). When she began searching for recording studios for her next album, there was only one city that, as a spinning vinyl stuck on repeat, kept calling to her: Austin. It was in the star city that she met her co-producers, John Bush and Matt Hubbard, drummer and keyboardist for Edie Brickell & The New Bohemians, and recorded her third album “You Can’t Run Out Of Love”.When asked what she hopes her listeners will take away from her 3rd album “You Can’t Run Out Of Love” (out January 2020), O’Brien  says: “I hope they take away a positive vibe , I hope it's an uplifting experience"  Life is for  living. It’s in the community you build. That’s what I want  supporters of my music  to take away from this new record.”O’Brien’s “You Can’t Run Out Of Love” is an indie alternative folk blend of Joan Baez, Brandi Carlile, and Joni Mitchell. On June 7th 2019, she reached her Kickstarter goal and has used those $$$ to fund a PR/social media and Radio Campaign to maximise  this new record's chances. The 1st Single The King's Fool is out on January 17th to coincide with the Full Band Record Release at 'The Towsend Listening Room' in Austin, Texas.

Erin LeahyThis Canadian musician, composer, and arranger has earned a reputation for her exceptional talent and versatility.  She is a powerhouse on the piano with a foundation in traditional, Celtic, ragtime, and classical music.  Erin also plays violin with the same command, using its voice to illuminate her compositions and arrangements.  Making music that draws from her roots, Erin also incorporates contemporary influences resulting in a seamless fusion of musical styles.  Her sound is original and highlights the intimate relationship between the piano and violin.

Louis SchryerMulti-award winning Canadian champion, Louis Schryer is one of Canada’s most respected and sought out fiddle players. Passion flows through his instrument with a soulful touch and exhilarating  spontaneity during every performance. He is the only 8 time Canadian Fiddle Champion and the only one to hold the title of 4 time Grand Masters Fiddle Champion.

Timi TurmelComing from Sherbrooke, QC, Timi grew up in a family of musicians. He learned to play the accordion at age 5 and has performed all over Quebec at folk galas, traditional music festivals, and competitions. At 15, he won the prestigious “Champion of 1 Row Accordion”title in the contest “Folklore en Fête” of Thetford Mines, Quebec.

The John Byrne Band is as much at home in a traditional session at a corner bar as it is in larger venues/festivals and opening for national acts. John has toured with and opened up for acts as diverse as The Hothouse Flowers, The Young Dubliners, Ian Gillan (of Deep Purple), Patti Smyth, Gaelic Storm, Finbar Furey, Luka Bloom, Lunasa, Dervish, The Saw Doctors, The Screaming Orphans, The Greencards and Enter the Haggis. He has also been frequently featured on WXPN, NBC 10 WSTW and local College Radio. In Fall, 2012, John and the Band performed with The Irish Tenors for the Liberty Medal Presentation at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia before President Bill Clinton and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.John and the band continue to tour the country and play to devoted audiences in the Tri-State area (PA, NJ, DE) as an acoustic 4-piece featuring banjo, fiddle/cello, guitars and bodhran, and as a 7 piece that adds drums, bass and accordion to its lineup.

The Irish Cultural Museum of New Orleans has as its mission statement to devote resources to educate and create public awareness among locals, tourists, and others of the contributions Ireland, her people, and their culture have made to New Orleans since its colonial beginnings. Founder and Chief Somm, Paul Gault, is a former Corporate Executive with over 25 years experience developing/implementing successful "Direct-to-Consumer" Sales, Retention, Operational and Marketing campaigns. Upon leaving the corporate world Paul elected to formally pursue a longstanding passion for wine and is now a recognized Accredited Sommelier with a WSET Level 3 recognition in Wine and WSET Level 1 recognition in Saké.

Conductor Kevin Mallon was brought up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He studied at Chetham’s School of Music, Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music and at Dartington College of Arts, studying composition with Peter Maxwell Davies, conducting with John Eliot Gardiner, singing and specializing in baroque violin.He became concert-master with Le Concert Spirituel and Les Arts Florissants in Paris and led and directed The Irish Baroque Orchestra before moving to Canada to take up posts with Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and the University of Toronto, (positions he left to pursue his conducting career). In 1999 he founded the instrumental and vocal group the Aradia Ensemble, with whom he has toured widely, and become conductor of the Toronto Chamber Orchestra and has made over 50 recordings for Naxos. Many of these recordings have won international awards- Gramophone Editors Choice Awards, Penguin Guide Rosettes and a nomination for a Juno Award.With Toronto’s Opera in Concert he has conducted ten baroque and classical operas. From 2004-2008, he was Artistic Director of the Irish company–Opera 2005; his seventh production with them being Verdi’s Ballo in Maschera in September 2008 for which he achieved his third Irish Times Theatre Award nomination. In 2009 he conducted Carmen and Don Giovanni in Odessa, Holland, Belgium and Spain. Kevin’s most recent appointments are as Music Director of the Thirteen Strings Chamber Orchestra in Ottawa (2010), Conductor of the Centre for Opera Studies in Italy (2010) and as Conductor of New York’s newly-formed West Side Chamber Orchestra (2011).
