Fresh from the IRLA Congress, we chat to Richard Burrows, of Weightmans about his incredible few months of professional, sporting and social success.

He’s not only been named the Future Leader of the Year at Congress, but he’s also run the London Marathon in a ridiculously quick time, and been able to catch part of the Eurovision excitement in his home city.

Richard shares some great insights about IRLA, its future membership, and the opportunity it has in the sector.
