Dr. James E. Hansen, the Director of NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York has been threatened and is being censored by the Bush Administration. He told a University of Iowa audience 'In my more than three decades in government, I have never seen anything approaching the degree to which information flow from scientists to the public has been screened and controlled as it is now.'

Support Science and the free exchange of information! This year there are 33 Senate seats up for re-election. We need to give them all the boot, and institute some term limits because those entrusted to be our stand-ins are not doing their job. Our top Scientists are being threatened and censored, our liberties are under attack and these 'gentlemen and women' are patting each other on the back while our rights are being taken away.

George Bush both Junior and Senior have a very close friendship and many mutual business dealings with Enron and Kenneth Lay. Finally, after over 4 years, the Enron trial begins. It will either be a rude awakening to America of the extent of corruption in our government, or it will be swept under the rug by the enormouns money and power of the Bush Dynasty.

Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Even though we have specific rights detailed by the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights, this Administration thinks it is OK to eavesdrop on the American Public. The balance of power has become creepy and weird. The government has taken the position that with no meaningful judicial review any American citizen alleged to be an Enemy Combatant could be detained indefinitely without charges or council on the government's say so. First Yahoo, then Google and your international phone calls then your email and local phone calls. Where does it end?
