#44: In this episode, I'm learning how to live delulu with manifestation coach, Nadia Khaled. Nadia is an alignment coach and content creator who helps women reclaim their inner power and manifest the lives of their dreams. After being fired from her 9-5 job in 2022, she decided to learn the neuroscience, psychology, and universal laws behind success so she could become a manifestation master and create her dream reality as a business owner. We talk about all things human design; including some of the energy types and how to take aligned action. We dive into a number of topics including practicing intuition, 3D & 5D realms, near-death experiences, psychic abilities, and more. We both openly share our own thoughts and experiences with the former and how we're currently learning to navigate life and self-development.
Nadia has a wealth of resources for those embarking on an alignment/ self-awareness journey.

In this guest episode, I'm joined by Keylee Miracle – a psychic hypnotherapist with a background in neuroscience and trauma work. She is the creator of the Neurointuitive Method® which is a blend of hypnosis, human design, neuropsychology, and intuitive practice is designed to meet each client where they are. Keylee is an actual GEM, and we talked through her upbringing at a prestigious school in NYC, her own traumas that started her healing journey, and what led her to study neuroscience. Keylee and I talk about the many dynamics of healing and trauma and how her work sets out to help examine and discover their truest selves. Not only is Keylee incredibly educated, but she's an absolute joy to chat with. You will love this down-to-earth episode.

Back for a mini-solo episode where I quite frankly admit to the near-30 identity crisis I'm currently going through. But first, a lovely story about my pat down and uncomfortable feel-up at the LAX airport this week and my newest addiction to first-class seats. I get real and honest about where I'm at in entrepreneurship (spoiler: I have no idea). I share how I've recently felt a little lost at what I want to do with my future and finally admit out loud what I've been feeling for the past few months. In the same mindset, I share how it's ok to not have all the answers and most importantly, it's ok to admit you're in this same place too.

Bringing back a solo eppy from the archives... I recorded this a few months ago in May when we were thick in the middle of moving and all the normal life shit we all have to deal with. I wanted to share it now because the words are still true for me now more than ever. I get honest about health, self-sabotage, and facing resistance in your life. I open up about my own daily struggles with anxiety and stress and what I've learned to combat it. The real answer? We honestly just need some damn rest. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or just fucking tired of your daily responsibilities, this pep talk will give you the space you need to take a breath, prioritize yourself, and build your life how you desire it.

Gone for two months, but I’m back like I never left!!! Thank you for your unwavering support as I got clarity around the podcast and where I want to go before I had a complete menty b. In this solo episode (in my truest raw format), I’m sharing where I’ve been these past 2 months – the highs (like living on a farm for 4 days in Illinois) and the lows (like Avis car rental endangering my child). But on a serious note, I share 3 things I’ve learned this summer to help me get past overwhelm, creative ruts, and burnout. The last 10 minutes is a spitfire of encouragement for the mom/ entrepreneur/ creative/ hustler who needs a big sis pep talk to get them through July. We’re in it together, sis.

The announcement no one asked for; we’re moving! And no it’s not to a new city — it’s literally 5-minutes down the street. However, this life change feels monumental and I share why in this life update solo episode. I go full autobiography mode and take you down memory lane to share how pivotal this moment is for me/ my family; where it all started from the strip club to the suburbs. I share how self-awareness and visualization have been crucial for me in making my dreams happen. And of course I wouldn’t leave you without a story from the strip club archives of the time I got raided by the undercover SWAT team.

In this episode, I’m joined by Kellie Malone – a branding & web designer and entrepreneur based out of Las Vegas, NV. She’s the founder of Kellie Lynn Media, as well as the creator of Tiny Tat Co. and co-host of the What You Keep Podcast. Kellie and I’s paths crossed in 2022 right as Kellie was leaving an abusive relationship. She opens up about her experience, how the toxic relationship changed her life, and what eventually led her to leave. Kellie’s path to healing ever since is inspiring to say the least. She shares what taking control has looked like for her on this other side of the relationship and what she’s learned about herself (and life) along the way. This conversation will inspire you to live fully and get comfortable with the uncomfortable.
If you or someone you know is suffering from domestic abuse, help is available at the National Domestic Abuse Hotline 800-799-7233.

Get ready for one of the most powerful and honest episodes of Ironically Serious. I'm joined today by Grace Blacksea, a leader, mother, entrepreneur, and founder of The Quench Collective–a community for like-minded leaders who believe in doing business differently. Grace brings an unfiltered conversation around healing, postpartum experiences, and the transformation motherhood brings. We kick off our conversation by reflecting on our shared experience of childhood loss and how that early trauma shaped our identities into adulthood. We dive into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and compare how trauma/anxieties played a part in our unique experiences. Grace opens up about her own struggles with PPD and how she managed to come out on the other side. Lastly, Grace shares encouragement for the woman who wants to live differently, take up more space, and discover herself fully.

Let’s talk money, honey. Today I’m joined by a revolutionary financial advisor, Molly Berger. Molly specializes in socially and environmentally conscious investing and comprehensive financial planning to help clients from all backgrounds, careers, and economic statuses align their dollars with their values. Recognized with the CSRIC designation and known across the country as an ESG investing expert, Molly brings a fresh, honest, and educated conversation about money to Ironically Serious. We first dive into money traumas, familial money issues, and how our upbringing can affect our relationship with money. We talk about the era of “money influencers” and how to discern between expert advice and bad advice. Molly shares her own story and what led her to the financial industry. She breaks down what “financial literacy” is and how marginalized communities have historically had bad experiences with the financial industry.
