The duo are gonna "take ya out behind the wood shed", and learn ya what real podcastin' is all about.  Actually, they're just gonna talk about random stuff like always.  Dave, the IDS announcer, gets a little lippy and that leads to talks about fights from the duo's childhood.  Chris Hughes get mentioned again for some odd reason, and we find out a listener's husband has a podcast!  IDS got a donation from a generous listener, and we talk about upcoming premium features (as soon as we figure that stuff out).  Unusual injuries and high school reunion stories lead up to "The Vintage Man" - a horrible idea for a morally bankrupt business plan.  Plenty of disclaimers in this one, folks.

Buckle up, punks, and stow away the kids.  The quacker gets a work-out on this one:  Darin's quitting Orange Theory because of the music, and Mike's annoyed at needing a reason to exercise.  Discussions of salsa-mixing, over-salting oneself, and general gluttony ensues - culminating in Klondike bar fantasies, horse attacks, and Tums abuse.  Mike's theory on treating your body like a trash compactor before a doctor tells you not to and Darin unveils a terrifyingly amazing way to eat cookies late at night with milk from the freezer.  Darin's friend broke his foot - and it's flippin' hilarious.  Finally, the duo once again gets weepy and nostalgic about Captain America's "on your left" moment in Endgame - and Darin is spittin' mad about Mountain Dew flavors.

Mike kicks off this episode with a story about losing his wallet in France, as well as the difficulties in maintaining proper hygiene on long flights as well as unfortunately sized European garments.  We talk briefly about the Turkish airplane that had a bad tire, and Darin tells a story about Sbarro.  A devoted fan points out that the show has coined the phrase "pulling a Mike" - and Mike is excited about his recent hearing test.  Darin got a prescription ordering his family to bring him grilled cheese on-demand, and waxes poetic about the Animaniacs reboot.  Darin went to Best Buy and entered the queue, and Mike managed to have two Craigslist meetings in one day - one involving a basement - and didn't get stabbed at all!  Finally, we answer listener questions about Sweetest Day and other useless things.

Season 2 Premiere! 
We kick off the New Year talking about Rocky and mailing Christmas cards 10 feet away.  We take a small dive into the 80's while talking about Cobra Kai - and somehow end up at Diff'rent Strokes and Robocop.  Darin shares his story of meeting Gordon Jump (of WKRP fame), and talks about "Colt Clark and the Quarantine Kids".  We answer some listener/viewer mail about goats and favorite spreads - leading to an oddly animated talk about apple butter.  Darin would like restaurants to get back to normal menus.  We found out we have a very special follower on Twitter.  Speaking of Twitter, Darin had a good tweet.  Finally - believe it or not, some more Zero bar controversy.

Season 1 Finale - and we're going out in.....well, style?

The Christmas Episode!
Rough start, some merch talk, and a review!  Mike has finally, after 16 episodes, learned a simple editing task that everyone on the planet has known for decades.  We discuss MORE issues with Star Wars, and talk a bit about an aspect of The Mandalorian that flipped Mike out.  We touch on Tom Hanks and Robin Williams doing serious roles.  Someone sent a case of Zero bars to the irritable duo!  Chestnuts come up - and Darin is shocked that this leads to more discussion than it probably should have.  Darin discusses a short story by Dave Sedaris, and Mike talks about getting to Return of the King in the latest Lord of the Rings viewing with the kids - and how that led to about 30 minutes of ugly crying.  We unleash a new segment - "Duh!" - and have a Just Stop about people getting too opinionated about how YOU like your burgers/steak/etc.  Finally, we end with Christmas presents!

This one's a doozy.  Mike and Darin start off arguing like a pair of old codgers, and lead into Mike's rant about EVERYTHING on the internet needing to be a video these days.   Once hopped up on a Monster energy drink, the show shifts into high gear and tackles such topics as dog-poo flinging etiquette, the physics and science of Star Wars:  how to build a Death Star, Cantina music, AT-AT's  (also known as giant camel tanks), each planet's "theme", and WTF is up with Bespin?!?  A few customer service stories, listener Just Stops, and Mike's family's new obsession with Lord of the Rings.  Finally - we end the show with a taste test of a flippin' Zero bar.
