This week we talk to the multi-talented Dahlia Knowles. Dahlia is a tattoo artist and hairstylist, but most well known as the lead singer of the dream pop band, Lorelie K! Dahlia and I talk about her early days playing house shows, her new album "Swimming Pool Eternity", and her producer Michael Briggs. She also gets into what it’s like to be a transgender female in the music business and a bit about her transition.

This week marks the first anniversary of our podcast and we’re closing out our first season the same way we started it - with a badass female artist! Jalesa Jessie aka Chief Cleopatra is an independent artist based in Austin, TX who is currently making waves in the industry.
