Is It for Reel

In vino veritas!! Especially if that wine is a piña colada and was spun around Tom Cruise's head to the beats of Kokomo.  That's right our podders saddled up to the bar and watched COCKTAIL. Bust out your poetry briefcase, clap before every sentence, and pop the soundtrack into the tape player.  Let's Cocktail!!!!

As Percy Bysshe Shelley says "If winter comes, can spring be far behind?"  Our brave podders watched Aspen Extreme and are here to tell you yes, spring may never come.  So strap on your K2's, get in some skin tight neon, and set up your juice bar.  It's going to be a long run.  Ain't no extreme like Aspen Extreme. Shred the gnar!!!!

As we enter 2021, our brave heroes shake off their New Year's hangovers to do battle with Ice Queens and Joe Blow Hockey dudes.  That's right we're talking about the Cutting Edge!! So break out your sparkly jumpers and get ready for montage after montage.  Watch out for the toe pick.  Cutting Edge coming at ya!!!!

Our brave podcasters rest their weary bones after a crazy 2020 to have the annual Is It for Reel Holiday Party.  They brought their plus ones and their egg nog and guess what?  You're invited too!!!  So grab your drink of choice, light a fire in ye olde fire place and settle in for a fun game of movie review trivia.  

As we read all of our fan mail from this year we realized every single one said "Record a commentary track for A Very Country Christmas so we can listen to it while we watch A Very Country Christmas.  Also are the dog barks in the podcast real or is that just radio magic?"  Seriously every single one said that.  So that's what we did.  Load up the old netflix and hit play when we tell you to then commentate with us as we watch A Very Country Christmas.  And yes the barks are all real!!!!

When the weather outside is frightful and the fire is so delightful, it's time to wish your parents away, do some minor credit card fraud, and build a murder house.  That's right our loyal podders are talking about Home Alone 2: The One in New York.  So bust out your talkboy and befriend a bird lady.  Kevin!!!!!!

Our podcasters have decided to celebrate the holidays for real.  That means breaking out the classic telling of a Christmas Carol. No not that one, or that one.  We're talking about Scrooged.  So gather your skull mice, your glitter targets, and your dog ghosts.  Crank it to 11 and get ready for Scrooged!!

Just when you think Gremlins can't giveth anymore, it giveths a Bonus Episode.  Our three podders sit down with one of the actual creature creators/puppeteers from the movie.  It's movie magic, Gremlins style!

What the hell was that?  I don't know but here it comes again!!! It's our first sequel.  What??!!!  We survived Gremlins 1 so our brave heroes are diving into Gremlins 2: The New Batch.  So get ready for Bizarro Trump, fake and real Munsters, the great debate of twins v. clones, and literally anything else you can imagine.  It's Gremlins 2, y'all!!!
