Ted asks about the idea of 'knowing that you know' regarding your salvation. Rod talks about how a Lutheran answers, "How do you know [you are saved]?", that different churches (denominations) should be able to tell you what they confess with regard to the question of assurance, and what the pastor's job is to help sinners know, from Scripture.
