Katy Faust is the founder of Them Before Us, a movement to defend a child's right to their mother and father.
When Alabama made legislation to protect legal IVF providers from liability, a larger conversation was brought into the conversation as a whole in the pro-life movement. Senator Katie Britt and Senator Ted Cruz introduced the IVF Protection Act to ensure IVF is protected at a federal level. Katy Faust thinks they are wrong and that IVF victimizes children, their right to life and their fundamental right to be loved by their mother and father. I sat down with her today to discuss this emotionally charged topic and upack what is going on in the big fertility industry. Katy unpacks the IVF industry, the processes and procedures used and even in the best of cases the damaged emotional makeup of the child even when in healthy loving homes. A new bill in Massachusetts would allow women to sell their unborn children and redefine parenting entirely. I hope this episode invites respectful discourse and look forward to reading your comments and furthering the discussion.
