Feeling like your soul is a little empty these days? Feeling a generalized anxiety over you far too often? I relate, and this helped me.

Do you have anything that makes you feel absolute bonkers, crazy, and out of your mind? Does it also fulfill you? How do other people feel about it? Well...what if you didn't care how they felt?

If someone told you, you could have everything you wanted right now yet not be able to enjoy it; would you still want it?

Feeling overwhelmed?

Me too, all of the time.

Here is a reminder for both of us: We all have limits, and that's okay.

I used to get so overwhelmed by where I thought I should be, I couldn't focus on anything.

I used to look at everyone else instead of seeing the unique things about me.

I used to be a lot less happy, I wasn't able to do what I loved. It was my own fault.

So...I stopped pressuring myself. You probably should too.

Ever feel like less of a person because of your anxiety? Ever feel like you'll never achieve the things you want, because of anxiety? Ever feel like anxiety is a real bitch??? That's cause it is, but those other things aren't true. Listen to this if you're sick of feeling small, weak, and alone in wanting to spend the day under your covers. You're not.

Has anyone ever asked you, where you saw yourself 5 years from now? How did it make you feel? It's an overwhelming thought to me, would you agree? I was recently asked this question, and it caused me to spiral into a really dark place. While processing through why it caused such a dramatic reaction, I finally found the peace I needed to actually get excited for 5 years from now. If you relate to this at all, give this a listen. Hopefully you won't feel so bad over feeling overwhelmed about the future. And hopefully you'll even find excitement over it again, like I did.
