David Beattie is a husband to Karen and father to 3 beautiful girls. David has 20 years of experience in the property field and is the founder and managing director of Chorus Property Group, a residential property services company operating in Cape Town and Johannesburg. He founded PocketLet, an app for landlords, and he also wrote the book, "The Expert Landlord", which focuses on giving expert advice on how to manage your property like a professional landlord. David is also the founder and trustee of CityHill Foundation, a trust formed to make a positive difference to communities.
