How we are in the world dictates our experience of it and to shift that,  sometimes it is necessary to move away from our day-to-day activities to have an opportunity to recalibrate. 

But what does that mean for our friends and family, all of whom have certain expectations of who and how we are? 

They define what they mean by both 'spirituality' and 'selfish', leaning on their experience as individuals and Tantric teachers to address the question.
