The world continues to watch conflicts in the middle east and Ukraine unfold, leaving many to wonder if we are going to be thrown into another World War. Under these conditions, nations around the globe are bolstering their nuclear arsenals, and a group of lawmakers are pondering whether or not it's time for the U.S. to have a nuclear arms buildup.
