I made a "prayer banner" with a group of women. Painting is going well. Language Workshop emails are coming in. I will be going home to Québec City on Friday... I will be keeping in touch.

With the help of Yoga, Pilates, art, music, podcasting, writing and yess the Leela Kinnect game, I can walk better. Sitting is not so painful anymore. Living in a small town is difficult but I am finding ways to lead a good balanced life.

Sunday brings its share of madness in my house... I did this for Jeremy Cardiff. It's crazy but I just wanted to have it done so I could move on to my next project! Enjoy... Hahaha!
