Conversations with a guest about the intersection of art and spirituality, mostly centring around the iterations of spirituality that are connected to nature, mysticism, galactic origins, ancient traditions, paganism, forgotten rituals and mythology.

Alaura O’Dell is an interdisciplinary artist: a writer, sculptor, musician and performance artist, as well as a Sacred Writing Coach and Workshop Facilitator.

Her career began in 1981. She has collaborated with the visionary, Dr.Timothy Leary, writer, Kathy Acker, and DJ/producer Cheb I Sabbah.

Her solo album, Sacred Dreams, was recorded with electronic artist Justin Beck.

She played in PTV, a band which toured throughout Europe, Japan, North America, Mexico and Iceland. They were featured on TV across Europe and several music festivals, opening for instance for Siouxsie and the Banshees and collaborating with the acclaimed musician and composer, Bjork.

PTV was also featured in the Guinness Book for Records for releasing fourteen albums in eighteen months.

See put her music career on hold for decades to focus on her other passion, Sacred Sites and Women's Mythology. And, for ten years she ran Sacred Journeys for Women taking women to sacred sites around the world.

After taking a sabbatical from taking tours she fulfilled a lifelong dream obtaining her BA, and MFA in Creative Writing and Consciousness.

She currently facilitates sacred writing circles for cis & trans women, supporting them to find their deepest authentic voice.

One day, my high school friend asked what I was going to do next, after my long sabbatical from the music industry. When I replied I didn't know, she asked "what are you really passionate about?" I replied. Well, I love great sex, but I don't want to be paid for that! I love sleeping and no one's going to pay me to sleep. But, my biggest passion is Sacred Sites and I don't think people are as passionate as me about a circle of Neolithic stones. She replied "Oh, yes, they will, especially American women!!!" And, that was the beginning of Sacred Journeys for Women.

Elizabeth Dutschak (lizzyd) is a mixed medium artist, that's based in the north east of the UK. A soul lead, artist whose art works can include nature inspired, abstract, fantasy and quirk, depending inspiration on the day. An artist that has delivered numerous arts and crafts sessions. Lizzy d also sells art in person and at selected fairs and business where she is based. She has exhibitions in her local community.
