The Israeli military says a limited number of Gazans will be able to pass through the Rafah crossing, after almost two years of it being nearly completely shut. 

With thousands of Palestinians needing medical evacuations, and the crossing closed to aid convoys, Gazans are questioning why the restrictions are so tight.
