Israelis gathered across the country overnight to mark the second anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attack, which saw about 1200 people killed and 251 hostages taken.

Meanwhile, negotiators from Israel and Hamas are continuing talks in Egypt today as they look to implement the first phase of US President Donald Trump's peace plan.
