Louise Simonson

 

When people use the phrase, “triple threat,”  I always picture Louise Simonson. Not just a legendary writer on comics like X-Factor, New Mutants, and Superman, she created the wonderful Power Pack 40 years ago with artist June Brigman! As an editor, she guided the X-Men to new heights and wrangled the Warren line of magazines — Creepy, Eerie, and Vampirella — when they., too, were at their height.
