Bret Blevins is an artist's artist having worked in comic strips, comic books, animation, and illustration. He is my same age and lives in the American southwest. Bret and I met years ago on an ill-fated project that never saw the light of day but wasn't our fault. We stand by that. Here's my conversation with my dear friend, Bret Blevins, artist on The New Mutants, The Buzz Chronicles, and Batman: Shadow of the Bat, to name a few.
