Assemblyman Kieran Lalor joined Joe Piscopo on AM 970 The Answer to talk about Cuomo's handling of COVID-19 and his plan to vet any vaccine approved by the federal government. Lalor used the failure of the NYS unemployment system and the nursing home deaths as examples of why, "you don't want New York State government anywhere near the vaccine or anything else important in your life." They also talked about how Cuomo will be calling on the National Guard on Election Day but refused to call on them during the riots and looting that erupted in New York City after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Lalor questioned, "Is he worried about the democrats stealing the election from democrats?"
