Remember no amount of anxiety can change the future. Be inspired.  

Social Media Is a good platform, use it wisely to benefit others and for positivity. Most of all, use it to glorify God. 

I cannot grasp mentally what he did on the cross, but it was sure good for me and i am grateful. 

Are you saying sane in this day and time? We love our children but having them around and being at home with them can be difficult mentally. It's a reality we have to deal with. Have fun Listening.  

As these times are troubling, it is also comforting to know that we can take some preventative stance to help ourselves and our loved ones. 

In order to have a successful career mentally, there are guidelines that must be followed to be healthy. 

A career is a job or profession which an individual does for an extended period of time that offers the opportunity to progress to the next level. Societal pressure that comes with being wealthy and financially stable can easily be solved with a job and a great career. A career is a good way to have job security and better pay. Your mental health in your career and job is what will keep you in the long run.
