Roy was chosen as our inaugural guest because he is an insanely interesting human, and an amazing thought leader in the IT space. From Philosophy, Psychology, his days in the music business and more, Roy has a ton of life experience that he brings, along with a big dose of common sense.

I like to call Glenn Cruz the coach of all coaches. He's soft spoken, humble, but don't let that fool you. He's the founder of Coach Management Consulting, a practicing IT leader at UC Berkeley and a certified badass coach in Volleyball, IT, and life. Glenn give multiple examples, stories and actionable lessons on coaching as a leader. Plus, we find out that Glenn wasn't always so humble! Before he was an IT leader at UC Berkeley and before his 20 year career as a volleyball coach, Glenn was an arrogant rockstar player who got humbled once and for all.

Glenn is also an incredibly kind, thoughtful, unique dude that I recommend getting to know. He does speaking now too so if you have a management team that needs.... a little coaching, he might be able to be your coach too!
