It’s normal to feel like it’s “too late” or you’re “too old” to have learned about narc abuse because of all the lost opportunities and time. The truth is, this is repressed grief and as long as you’re a living breathing human, regardless of how old you are, it’s NOT TOO LATE! I’ve even heard people who are 20/21 years old saying it’s too late - it’s not! In this episode I explain why it’s absolutely not too late for you.
