New information was brought forward... if we believe she is telling the truth. Following Audrey's testimony, we hear from Sgt. Vincent Kaaiakamanu. The day ends after the prosecution conducts the cross examination of Ian Pawloski, Melanie Boudreaux/Pawloski's current husband.

All witnesses testify for the prosecution against Lori Vallow Daybell. Lori is charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder against Tylee Ryan & Joshua Jackson Vallow. She is also charged with 3 counts of conspiracy to commit murder in the killings of Tylee Ryan, JJ Vallow, & Tamara Daybell.

This call was made after the discovery of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow on Chad Daybell's property. Following that we hear testimony from investigators about the discovery. Last, we hear about the devastating autopsies conducted on both children by Dr. Garth Warren. 

We heard from investigators about evidence they collected in their investigations into the murders of Tammy Daybell, Tylee Ryan, and JJ Vallow. Nicole Heideman & Nick Ballance both work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Nick works for the FBI's CAST team and Nicole is an FBI Analyst. David Stubbs is a detective with the Rexburg Police Department. 

We hear from a lot of witnesses' in today's episode, starting with Lori Vallow Daybell's ex friend, April Raymond. Following her testimony, Sgt. Nathan Moffatt out of Chandler, Arizona will testify about his involvement in the investigation of Charles Vallow's death. A nanny who watched JJ Vallow in Rexburg, Idaho testify's about her experience with Lori Vallow. Josh Wilson is the principal of Kennedy Elementary School in Rexburg, where JJ Vallow was enrolled for only a few weeks. Wynn Hill testify's that Tylee Ryan was not enrolled at BYU-Idaho, where he is employed. David Warwick's testimony throws us all for a roller coaster ride as there are arguments about the exclusionary rule in this case being broken. Detective Mattingly & Sgt. Stubbs testify about their investigations, and Benjamin Dean testifies about his analyzation of evidence collected from Chad Daybell's home. 

In this episode, you'll hear testimony from a lot of different individuals. Agent Mark Saari testifies against Lori Vallow Daybell for the Social Security Agency. Then Detective Chuck Kunsaitis takes the stand to detail the investigation into Lori Vallow's financial accounts. Forensic accountant, Michael Douglass follows up to confirm more investigation into these accounts. The last 3 witnesses we hear from are from Chandler, Arizona. Firefighter Scott Cowden, Detective Ariel Werther, & Detective Cassandra Ynclan take the stand to detail the investigation into the death of Charles Vallow. 

After recapping Zulema Pastenes' cross examination by John Thomas, we dive into the testimony of Lori Daybell's son, Colby Ryan. His testimony against his mother was short, but powerful. Following Colby's direct & cross examination, the audio of a jailhouse phone call is played for the jury. The audio entails an emotional conversation between Colby Ryan and Lori Vallow Daybell after the bodies of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow are discovered buried in the backyard of Lori's new husband, Chad Daybell. The audio will shred your heart to pieces.
