- “Ravioli” refers to all kinds of filled Italian pasta where a thin layer of dough is wrapped around a filling. The fillings may be meat, cheese, or vegetables and varies a lot from region to region. Italian chef Fabrizio Aceti will create a Ravioli recipe using spinach, a popular ingredient in Vietnam.
