Talk about a good person with great stories, she is one of the coolest people I hav ever met ever met. She lives her life, and I hope to record more with her in the near future!

We’re heading out this morning on my birthday road trip and as always, I’m prioritizing the practices that give me my absolute best energy.

I had a lot on my mind today so I recorded two episodes. This one is a reminder to leave extra time in your schedule for things to unfold. Sometimes the best times happen spontaneously.

An especially potent new moon and also a lunar eclipse, a new decade for me after a milestone birthday…so many changes. And yet, the old work remains, as it always will, of knowing and loving yourself.

A super short evening recording because I had to honor an icon.

Contrary to what modern American life tells us, loving yourself deeply is the best thing you can do for others.
