This special overstuffed Christmas edition has it all as we break down the wild and crazy NFL week that was riddled with comebacks including an NFL RECORD-BREAKING comeback by the Vikings. Poor Colts. And then salt in the wound they lose JT for the season with a high ankle sprain. The Bucs and Cowboys blow 17 point leads, the Texans take the Chiefs to overtime, and so much more. Then, we look ahead to the Christmas week of games, including 3 games on Xmas day but the NFL schedulers really gave us 3 lumps of coal with these garbage matchups. Big Bet Brent's downward spiral in locks of the week continue as the Vikings finally lose a one-score game in Detroit to the Lions. Apparently the sharps and Vegas do know something about NFL as they had the Lions as favorites all along. Oh well, there's always a 3rd mortgage. Meanwhile, Mad Money Mike rebounds in spectacular fashion as the 49ers easily crush the Bucs and the 3.5 point spread 35-7, although Deebo Samuel's injury may prove to crush their Superbowl dreams. Come on Vrabel... The Lamar-less Ravens still somehow squeak past the hapless Broncos 10-9 - poor Broncos fans are going hungry as Russ has been cooking up goose eggs. The 49ers dominate the Dolphins even with a rookie 3rd string QB Brock Purdy as Jimmy G goes down and is out for the season. The Bengals must have the Chiefs playbook as they win their 3rd straight in 2022, poor Mahomes - tik toks incoming I'm sure. The Raiders steal the Chargers playoff chances and the Cowboys drop 33 in the 4th Q in a stomping of the Colts. Eagles squeak it out 17-16 over Saturday's Colts in a thriller, Bengals top the Stillahs, and much more. Mad Money Mike is broke and calling in from under a bridge as the NFL upsets continue to decimate our bankrolls. The Bucs beat the Seahawks in Germany, the Lions beat the Bears(???), the Viqueens best the Josh-Allen led Bills in OT, the Colts with their temp HC Jeff Saturday beat the Raiders in Vegas, and the Packers snap a 5 game skid to beat the Cowboys. Wow wow wow - I hope we can write off these losses in our tax returns. Not to worry, as we wise up to the NFL's mischievous ways and hone in on some week 11 locks.

I took Mad Money Mike to the cleaners and so did the books so MMM is understandably pissed and in rare form with his hot streak ending so abruptly. I'll admit it though, nobody saw the Bills losing outright to the Jets - the NFL execs and Joystick Johnny really got us good this time. And how about that afternoon slate of 2 TERRIBLE GAMES? 15 punts? Come on Rams & Bucs... hand-written letter incoming, that's just unacceptable all the way around. The week 10 games are sure to have their surprises and MMM is calling his shot on one of the biggest favorites of the week losing outright! Week 8 surely was a Halloween trick by the NFL as Joystick Johnny and the execs were at it again, dialing up crazy upsets and comeback victories. The Panthers are robbed by the refs - sorry, Falcons - as costly penalties lead to a missed PAT and a missed FG in OT, allowing the Falcons to sneak away with the W 37-34 in OT. The ghost of Tua's past leads the Dolphins back from a double digit deficit to overcome the Lions 31-27. CMC and the 49ers crush the Rams 31-14, and the Commanders led by Cmdr. Heinecke score a last second TD to defeat the Colts 17-16 in Indy. The final trick is underway as I type this up, as the Browns - 3.5 point underdogs, lead the Bengals 11 zip at halftime. Surely all of our parlays will be busted, much like our waistlines from eating too much candy, by the time Halloween is over. You win again, NFL...
