Gender, misogyny and extremist violence are inextricably linked, according to a new book by renowned extremism expert Cynthia Miller-Idriss.

She's currently visiting Australia to promote her book Man Up: The New Misogyny and the Rise of Violent Extremism — and meet with local community and government leaders.
