I discuss my last work experience; the ways in which I let myself down, recognizing I longed for a mentor who didn't exist, and the anxiety/imposter syndrome I feel as I prepare to start a new job.
Second check-in, second week of feeling good. I've taken some more baby steps for myself and my family, I've managed to slowly chip away at my to-do list, and I'm feeling good? I hope you are, too.
Here we go, I guess. It's a mess in this brain of mine, and I still haven't found the therapist for me. So I'm making a verbal diary, because it's 2021 and we're still in a pandemic. Today I set broad goals for what I want this project to be, check in on my mental health and self-care, and think about what March means for me. I'll be marking all episodes explicit, because I never want to hold back on my thoughts or feelings. I want to be as honest as possible in this space, because it's for me.
