Questions still remain surrounding Nolan Xavier Wells' death as distractions (alleged alcohol and drug use) are propped up in the wake of the Sea Tow call audio release and reactions after the Texas State Board of Education voted to approve a mandatory K-12 reading list that includes Bible stories and passages for over 5 million public school students. 

Further audio analysis of the distress call to Sea Tow from the boat Nolan Wells went to Horn Island in on July 4th and interpretation of chatter from the background during the hold at the beginning of the call and on the day of Sen. Lindsey Graham's funeral, Donald John welcomes Benjamin Netanyahu as the US plans to merge it's military investments with Israel's IDF. 

Following the report of the findings from the independent autopsy of the body of Nolan Xavier Wells, Jackson County's District Attorney, Angel Myers McIlrath, addresses concerns about the investigation of Nolan Wells’ death and confirms the results of the initial autopsy will not be released until after the findings are presented to a grand jury.

Further review of the initial autopsy results for Nolan Wells from the independent autopsy commissioned by the teenager's family and comments from interviews of those who traveled to Horn Island with Wells on July 4th provide more questions than answers. 

Nolan Wells' family's attorney Ben Crump announces preliminary results from the independent autopsy ordered by the 18 year-old's family following his death after disappearing on July 4th following a boating trip to Horn Island. Crump notes that Wells' organs were not all turned over for the independent autopsy following the initial autopsy.

Nolan Wells is laid to rest in Ocean Springs, Mississippi at Centre Point Church after dying under suspicious circumstances following his disappearance on July 4th after last being seen on Horn Island.
