On this week of Serious Privacy, Paul Breitbarth talks with Meaghan McCluskey while dr. K Royal is enjoying a well deserved vacation. They talk about Meaghan's career in privacy, that brought her from the Office of the Ontario Privacy Commissioner to Nymity and then TrustArc, where she led the research teams providing daily updates on global privacy developments. Now, Meaghan is a consultant with The Privacy Pro, a boutique privacy consultancy based in Toronto.

Also on the menu this week, the developments surrounding the new Canadian privacy legislation (Bill C-27) and the Federal Court's decision in the Cambridge Analytica case.
