Morgan Dowty:
I started in cannabis in 2009 in Montana. My dad owned and operated a fully functioning 10,000 sq ft grow operation to cater to the Medical market, and I helped run in.
I then exited the industry in 2012 after the feds started raiding legal operations, we lost our investors and called it quits. I then went into the medical field and special in animal emergency as an er/icu veterinary technician.
I re-entered the cannabis industry after moving to Nevada in summer 2018. Started as a Budtender at nuleaf, then a BA with select, now I am an account executive for Shango for Northern Nevada.

Michelle Smithson:
I was born and raised in Reno, NV and lived in Kansas for school for a few years. I got into the cannabis industry in September of 2016 working intake at Sierra Well. I moved up into the HR department and worked as the HR Administrative Assistant for one year.

In April of 2019 I started working for Green Therapeutics as a part time Brand Ambassador; representing Tsunami and Provisions.

At the beginning of October I started as a full time employee with Green Therapeutics. I have taken on more of a scheduling and marketing role with the move to full time while still representing our brands for pop ups in Northern Nevada.
