DECEMBER asks us to get so curious about the good stuff... in particular, what are the things keeping you from joy? what if joy and acceptance and peace are right there? right at your fingertips? possible or no?

the hanged man always asks us to reverse our sight in december. to shift our pacing, to see beyond illusion and to make peace with what is really true. to know the precious light even in the darkest moments.

and the sun is joy. joy, warmth and light. simply put.

together, they present a very interesting pause at the end of this mysterious seven year. how am I in alignment to what I really seek? how am I keeping myself from joy? what stories and narratives or illusions have burned away over this past year to reveal more of me. more of the light I am. more of the love I am. can I rest in that for a minute? can I celebrate this even as its misunderstood?

the dance of light and water on this beautiful planet is a living question this month... in the rain drops. the frozen waters. the oceans, the sky, the rivers. and in your sacred human form. you are light and water at play. you are something wondrous to behold.

in this episode we will explore all of this and more, through the energy of the HANGED MAN(XII) and the SUN (XIX) cards in the tarot; how they show up in your life and what the supporting energies say about this month. we will also dish for a few on this upcoming eight year (2024) and how the pacing and quality of energy will be shifting and speeding up.

actually, I pulled the daughter of discs from the motherpeace deck and this is the very specific energy of one returning from a vision quest.

it looks like you have something precious in your grasp... take your time with it and be easy on yourself as you learn to work with it (or even the new version of you it's inspiring)...

its giving teenager... fluctuating confidence and excitement and messiness and awkwardness and like everyone is watching but also everybody watch!

the adult you knows everyone is too busy with their own stuff to really pay you much mind... so take the space and time and awkward movements to realize how you want to manage this precious new earth energy.

mastery is not born in a minute... it's born from a thousand gestures forward... until the thing that felt so new and precious just seamlessly becomes a part of you, or a births a new you altogether.

its giving disorientation... like a faucet turned on full blast and the drain is clogged and if you could just give me one second here, I see what's clogging it but the water is so loud and the sink is getting fuller and your arm is all wet and just one minute please... like that?

the message is to do what you got to do bb. and that might be a little retreat, a little reset, a little pause and a little more work before you are ready to handle that level of flow.

YOU ARE RIGHT ON TIME and IT IS NEVER A STRAIGHT LINE and THE WAY YOU ARE IS JUST THE WAY IT NEEDS TO BE.

justice is about clarity and balance and assessing the life we live through the lens of how we've arrived here. the moon highlights that so much of the world and our motivations isn't easily seen or understood.

together, they empower us to allow the "monsters" of our past to show themselves and to be faced. the star filled us with light and this month, the moon helps us release.

we are blessed with this duality... the bright light of balance and the deep wandering healing love of the moonlight.
