Hi friend welcome to this episode!

I used to suffer from extreme social anxiety during my teenage and twenties years and used alcohol as a coping mechanism to just feel okay to exist in my body.

In this episode I look at social anxiety through a Human Design lense and the mechanics of our energetic body. I go through the different centers in my body graph and draw connections to how the not self or shadow parts of my design were contributing to my anxiety.

I also go through each energetic Type and explain the aura and why someone may be feeling socially anxious. 

My hope is that this brings awareness to you, whether looking back at your life in hindsight or if you're currently struggling, I hope this brings some awareness and better understanding of why you feel the way you feel and validate that you are not crazy or broken!

I share why environment is so important to our health and wellbeing.

I opened my Akashic Records and did a little Q+A for the pod today! I asked questions about the voice and received answered through channeled writing, and I share with you what I learned!

This is what I asked:

1. Why do humans hate the sound of their voice?
2. How can one claim their power so they can unlock their true voice?
3. Is there something tangible and specific we can do to refine our voice?
4. What do we do if we feel like what we have to say is not important or that no one would want to hear it?
