It's Happening For Me

Hi friend! I have been feeling this eclipse season energy harddd! I got really sick this weekend and intuitively knew it had to do with old patterns I am shedding during this eclipse season. 

I share a personal experience with emotional eating and I share what my Akashic Records told me about food and emotional eating-- it's pretty shocking and makes a LOT OF SENSE!

If you have struggled in any way with eating, emotionally eating, food addiction, and not understanding why you can't change your diet, this episode is for you! I got crazy insight to how disease and illnesses are less about the food choice and more about the trapped emotions we're constantly covering up by snacking.
