In this week’s episode I talked to Karen Camerato. Karen is a Grief & Child Loss Coach who helps those grieving a devastating loss, especially Mothers grieving the loss of a child, to return to a life that includes joy and meaning.
Following the death of her 8-year-old son Nicholas, Karen’s life as she knew it was forever changed. After years of merely existing, Karen finally discovered the keys to her healing and happiness. Upon receiving certification as a “From Grief to Gratitude” Grief Coach, Karen has been able to dedicate herself to the very new and relatively unknown area of Grief Coaching. Karen is also the mother of 2 now-adult children who continue to bring her joy. She is also happily engaged to a man who is a constant source of love and encouragement.
Karen is offering listeners a free month in her Support Group for Moms who have lost a child called Friends in Grief and Growth. Email her to receive access.
