Hello and welcome to episode 217... can you believe its that many? Where does the time go.

As no one really reads this I thought I would just ramble a bit... had a crappy few days with work; anyone else? Wont go into detail but need a drink for sure at the end of each day right now.

Also how is it November FFS ... nearly Christmas... not even started thinking about that yet.. I know I know typical bloke but I am normally quite organised but this year for one reason or another just been odd for me.
