The podcast finally got our first Bgirl guest and what better person to get than the Redbull BC one Canada and CDS Qualifier champ Emma!  

In this episode we talked about her experience at these large events, her training leading up to it, and the mentality it takes to be at the top! We also talked about what it is like to be a Bgirl in the scene and her journey to being one of the best.

The podcast is back from our short Hiatus with a new feature on our show, The Breaking Couch!  

 This new feature involves us going to jams and interviewing competitors about their thoughts on the jam and journey towards it.  For the first episode we went to the CDS National Qualifier #2 where breakers from all over Canada competed for the last spot on Team Canada.  

The interviews that take place on this episode were done right after the preliminaries and before top 16. Since this was our first time doing it, we decided to ask people we were comfortable with in the scene to test it out. 

Expect us to interview more breakers once we get better at it (we're looking at you Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver!)

We are back from our hiatus with season 4 of the podcast!
