I love the Caribbean inclusion and the mystery plot that weaves throughout the story made me want to know what will happen next.

I love her energy as a middle schooler! Reading her voice was a nice and refreshing change. I recommend everyone to continue reading middle grade because the character sees the world differently than in other books.
