Alternate title: Rhysand chimes in with a "Haven't you people ever heard of-"

In part 1 of A Court of Mist and Fury, the Gang gets PTSD - what better time to start planning the marriage between Feyre and Tamlin?
And, because we love you guys so much, we actually made a Spotify playlist for all the fairy angst songs mentioned in today's podcast: [Angsty Fairy Moodboard]
We've also included a link to Goofy's cover of Evanescence's Bring Me to Life on YouTube, because Spotify doesn't understand good music when they hear it: [You know you want to listen]

In the final episode for book 1, we find Feyre getting a "pep" talk from Rhysand before her third trial starts. Can she overcome this challenge and defeat the wicked Amarantha and free the faeries from tyranny? Will Ariel ever learn to pronounce any character's name? The answers are a resounding "Yes" and "No".
Content Warning: Mentions of past sexual assault--nothing graphic, no details
The pressure kicks up a notch as, on top of her trials, Feyre is also assigned to nightly house cleaning duty. After highlighting the inefficiencies of having human slaves in a magical world, she faces her hardest trial yet - reading.
In this episode, Feyre realizes she may have gotten in over her head as the first trial to save the faery kingdom begins.
Feyre decides that she's been moping around with her family long enough and decides to return to Tamlin and the others. Unfortunately, her arrival doesn't get the fanfare she expected--everyone seems to have disappeared!
In this episode we break the spell of the fairy glamour, a power known for making things appear not as they seem. Fittingly, we're also reintroduced to the hotter-than-hot fairy who saved Feyre from trouble at the orgy--and learn a bit more than we wanted about him.
Progress in the story comes to a grinding halt as we earn that 'Explicit' rating and delve into the lore of the faerie orgy party. See how the faeries create the cream filling for their Twinkies™ in this harrowing bonus episode.
In today's episode, Feyre gets her questions answered by the local Target cryptid, and we get a small glimpse of the faery response to Eyes Wide Shut.
Content Warning: Super brief and quickly thwarted attempt at sexual assault and/or "cannibalism" (We weren't entirely sure what the intentions were)
